In today’s world, where there is a growing need to adopt legal approaches to cope with local as well as global issues, resolving legal controversies require a multi-dimensional perspective based on a conception of different legal disciplines. With this respect, LL.M. in Private Law Program has a unique course options in areas such as Contracts Law, Labour Law, Corporate Law, International Arbitration Law, Civil Procedure and Enforcement Law and Intellectual Property Rights. The main aim of these program is to educate the lawyers with the ability to solve legal problems in accordance with the logic and justice.
Teaching language is Turkish.
The program requires a thesis and non-thesis for graduation.
Course schedules are arranged according to working students.

The main aim of LL.M. in Private Law Program is to educate the lawyers with the ability to solve legal problems in accordance with the logic and justice. In addition to this, LL.M. in Private Law Program is intend to consolidate knowledge which is obtained during the undergradute program and to present new mechanisms with an atmosphere stimulating academic and vocational progress, whereby legal issues comprising comparative and international aspects are thoroughly examined.
