MA in Communication Studies

MA in Communication Studies aims to provide candidates with a theoretical foundation in the fields of media and communication studies, equip them with the skills necessary to conduct effective academic research, and train scholars in all areas of communication studies with a strong background in the social sciences.

The program effectively combines communication with the disciplines of anthropology, sociology, political science, and cultural studies, and is suitable for research that may be associated with the departments of New Media, Visual Communication Design, Public Relations, and Advertising within the Faculty of Communication.

Designed as an interdisciplinary program, the MA in Communication Studies also accommodates students who have completed their undergraduate education in different fields.
