“LEADERS IN BUSINESS”

This program of 1 academic year consists of 3 semesters after an accelerated period of 2 weeks, and 90 ECTS credits in total.

This program called Management for Professionals offers an environment in a small-sized classroom, where the participants are able to get involved in comprehensive discussions and learn dynamically and establish long-term relationships. The program consists of a dynamic environment and group.

About the Program

Those professionals, who have completed their education in different disciplines, work in different industries and organizations, wish to proceed with their business careers in an efficient and fast manner, and directly feel the impact of technological and other macro environmental changes on their organizations under this fierce competition environment, and thus have to learn about many different methods and approaches concurrently under time pressure.
This program intends to provide those candidates, who wish to proceed with their professional career in a safer, well-equipped, and faster manner with great details on such current and practical information, methods, and approaches in the field of business management under a dynamic educational environment.
On the other hand, a group of professionals is able to plan a different career path for themselves, but they consider that their existing and past business experience would not be enough to do that. This management program equipped with contemporary, efficient, and current methods and approaches is thought to be an important contribution to these candidates.
The main purpose of this program with a structure consisting of both compulsory and elective courses allowing the participants to get specialized in certain areas focusing on learning and practicing aspects thereof meeting the changing requirements of businesses is to allow the participants to make their businesses more efficient and productive making use of the skills they would gain based on what they learn.
An intensive and applied program of management is intended to be offered to the participants helping them find creative solutions for problems encountered under the tough conditions of the business world in balanced aspects of theories as well as leadership and teamwork.
This program aims to focus on “how” to think about managerial problems and projects based on appropriate techniques and methods rather than the history of “what has happened”.
The language of instruction for this program is Turkish since a dynamic structure similar to that of the working environment is to be created and, theoretical information and practical aspects are to be blended with intensive communication and; thus, the most efficient result from that place would be reached if the courses are taught in English.

For Whom is this Program Appropriate?

Those professionals with a business experience of not less than 3 years, who wish to proceed with their professional careers in an efficient and fast manner, and who have completed their education in different disciplines

Those professionals who plan a different career path for themselves but who also consider that their existing and past business experience would not be enough to do that.

Program Structure

This program of 1 academic year consists of 3 semesters after an accelerated period of 2 weeks, and 90 ECTS credits in total.

Graduation from this program requires the completion of an “Accelerated Program” consisting of 3 core courses and then 7 compulsory courses, 4 elective courses, 2 experience seminar courses, and a dissertation.

The program has a flexible structure based on one branded course and 4 elective courses in each semester, allowing the participants to get specialized in a few areas.
